Victor offers all the maintenance and support, Hardware and Software, as per the Client needs.
Victor takes a proactive approach to systems maintenance, providing prompt resolutions to support calls. Customer Services will proactively inspect the health of client systems on a periodic basis. System logs will be inspected and trends will be monitored allowing troubleshooting of issues before they become problems. Every incident is logged, tracked and managed to ensure that all problems are quickly resolved. Clients are informed of the status of the incident on a regular basis.

Benchmarking:
